6ddd Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "you", or "your") and 6ddd (hereinafter "6ddd", "we", "our", or "the Operator"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://6ddd.bid (hereinafter the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming activity offered by 6ddd, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of use.

To register and maintain an active account on the 6ddd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6ddd strictly prohibits the registration of accounts by persons under the age of 21, and any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately, with all funds therein forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law at the time you access the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 6ddd or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion arrangement with 6ddd or any national self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

6ddd reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access to the Platform pending verification of eligibility criteria. Players who misrepresent their eligibility are in material breach of these Terms and waive all rights to funds held in their account.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 6ddd Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You must promptly update your registration information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 6ddd will never request your password through any channel.

6ddd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 6ddd support immediately via the live chat facility available within your account dashboard.

4.1 Deposits. 6ddd accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. 6ddd does not charge any deposit processing fees. Processing times may vary by payment method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds of confirmation; bank transfers may take one to two business hours during standard banking hours.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, including the submission of valid CNIC documentation, before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on your account, or to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Any active bonus balance or funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements must be resolved before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• 6ddd reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per rolling period, which will be communicated to the Player if applicable.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa for fully verified accounts are typically completed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

4.3 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for USDT transactions. 6ddd is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player on their end.

4.4 Unclaimed Funds. Funds held in inactive accounts (those with no login activity for a period of twelve months or more) may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee, as permitted under the applicable licence conditions. Players will be notified by registered contact details prior to the imposition of any such fee.

6ddd offers various bonus programmes and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements applicable to each specific bonus will be disclosed at the time of offer.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and other categories may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are published in the specific bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum bet limit per spin or per round applies when a bonus balance is active. Placing bets that exceed this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6ddd reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. The Operator also reserves the right to request documentation confirming the Player's identity before processing any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

All games offered on the 6ddd Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All software-based (RNG) games on the 6ddd Platform use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently tested by an accredited third-party laboratory to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the Player or the Operator. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the independently audited theoretical return rates.

Live dealer games are operated in third-party gaming studios by trained dealers and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective studio providers. 6ddd is not responsible for errors or interruptions in live dealer games caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including network outages or studio technical failures.

In the event of a malfunction — whether software error, hardware failure, network interruption, or any other technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round — 6ddd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's account. No other compensation will be payable in respect of a technical malfunction.

Cricket Betting: Sportsbook markets, including PSL cricket betting markets, are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser. In-play bets placed after an event has concluded — due to data feed delays — will be voided. 6ddd's decision on bet settlement in disputed situations is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6ddd Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in any of the following may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, with funds forfeited where applicable, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using software, scripts, bots, AI tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in game software to obtain an advantage not intended by the game's design.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multi-player formats.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform by depositing funds from criminal sources and withdrawing cleaned proceeds.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other strategies designed to exploit bonus offers or promotional terms in a systematic manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6ddd staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

6ddd is obligated under its gaming licence to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. All Players are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal, and 6ddd may request verification at any point during the account lifecycle.

KYC verification may require the submission of the following documents, which must be clear, legible, and unaltered:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document displaying your name and registered address, dated within three months.

10.1 Suspension by 6ddd. 6ddd reserves the right to suspend your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• Where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Where KYC verification has been requested and not completed within a reasonable time period.
• Where required to do so by our licensing authority, a court order, or any other regulatory or legal obligation.
• Where the Player's account is subject to a dispute that requires investigation.

10.2 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 6ddd support via live chat within your account dashboard. Any genuine balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

10.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach. Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, collusion, underage gambling, or multiple account operation — 6ddd reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account. 6ddd will not return funds that represent proceeds of fraudulent or abusive activity.

All content on the 6ddd Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of 6ddd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

The 6ddd name, logo, and all related marks are the trademarks of the Operator. You may not use any 6ddd trademarks, trade names, or branding without the express prior written consent of 6ddd.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6ddd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 6ddd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6ddd's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6ddd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6ddd will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, third-party system outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 6ddd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

6ddd collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and account operation is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the fulfilment of regulatory obligations. 6ddd does not sell personal data to third parties and will only share data with authorised third parties where required for the operation of the Platform or by legal obligation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6ddd's gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Complaint Procedure: If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of your 6ddd account or gaming experience, you should first contact 6ddd's customer support team via live chat within your account dashboard. 6ddd will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may request escalation to 6ddd's compliance department, whose decision shall be final and binding in respect of operational and account matters.

Where a dispute relates to the fairness of a game outcome, 6ddd may refer the matter to the independent testing laboratory that certified the relevant game software for an independent assessment. The outcome of such assessment shall be binding on both parties.

6ddd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights, obligations, or the terms applicable to existing balances or bonuses in a significant manner — 6ddd will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered contact details.

Amended Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice of amendment, which will not be less than seven (7) days after the date of notification, except where the amendment is required urgently by regulatory order, in which case it may take effect immediately.

If you do not agree to an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify 6ddd of your intention to close your account before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
